Giveaway Terms & Conditions – Signed Book Promotion

1. Sponsor
This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Ivory Quill Press (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

  • Open only to legal residents of the United States.

  • Entrants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

  • Void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Requirements

  • To enter, participants must subscribe to the Sponsor’s newsletter by providing a valid email address.

  • Limit one (1) entry per person/email address.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

4. Entry Period

  • The Promotion ends at midnight April 14, 2026 (“Entry Period”).

  • Entries submitted outside of this period will not be eligible.

5. Prize

  • Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) signed paperback copy of “Ashes of Vaeltharion: Burden of Fate”

  • Approximate retail value (ARV): $24.99.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be provided.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

  • The drawing will occur within five (5) days after the Entry Period ends.

  • Winners will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry and will be required to respond to claim their prize. As part of the prize fulfillment process, winners will be asked to provide a valid shipping address. Shipping information will be collected solely for the purpose of prize distribution, will not be used for marketing purposes, and will be securely deleted within a reasonable period after fulfillment.

  • If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Email Subscription & Communications

  • By entering, participants agree to receive email communications from the Sponsor via the newsletter.

  • Email communications will be managed and distributed through MailerLite.

  • Participants may unsubscribe at any time; however, unsubscribing before winners are selected may result in disqualification.

8. Privacy

  • Personal information collected (such as email addresses) will be used solely for administering the Promotion and delivering newsletter communications.

  • Information will not be sold or shared except as necessary to operate the newsletter through MailerLite.

9. General Conditions

  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud or technical issues compromise its integrity.

  • Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any claims arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of any prize.

11. Governing Law

  • This Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable state laws of the Sponsor’s residence.
